Oat flakes, water, low-fat quark, whey protein concentrate (cow's milk, sunflower lecithin), chia seed, water, speculoos 58% (wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed), candy syrup, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate), soya flour, salt, cinnamon), rapeseed oil, sugar, emulsifier (lecithins (soya)), food acid (citric acid), erythritol.

FROM THE FREEZER
1. Pierce a hole in the film.
2. Put the container in the microwave and set it to medium power.
3. Heat the oats for 2 minutes.
4. Take the container out and stir the oats well.
5. Put the container back and heat for another 2-3 minutes.
6. Stir well once more and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Enjoy your warm overnight oats!
